“Grad” rockets is completely aimless and chaotic.

everything: houses, hospitals,
factories, churches, bus stations, and

clearly say that this can not
be an "Anti-Terrorist
Operation". When you see who is
hit, it becomes totally clear against
whom this operation is actually directed. „Grad“-Beschuß
ist völlig ziellos und chaotisch. Die Gefahr, getroffen zu werden, ist für
alle in einem großen Zielgebiet gleich groß. Die „Grad“ treffen alles:
Wohnhäuser, Krankenhäuser, Fabriken, Kirchen, Busstationen, und Menschen.
Unter diesen ist vielleicht auch einmal ein „Terrorist“ („Separatist“,
„Freiheitskämpfer“; wie Sie wollen). Machen wir einmal Rechenunterricht, 4.
Klasse: Proukrainische Quellen schätzen die Gesamtzahl
der bewaffneten „Separatisten“ auf 6.000. Wie viele mögen davon etwa auf
eine Stadt wie Gorlowka (250.000 Einwohner) kommen? 250? 300? 400? Nehmen wir

„Terroristen“ zu treffen, werden also rechnerisch im Durchschnitt 625
Einwohner, unschuldige Zivilisten, getötet. Jeder getötete „Terrorist“ ist
sicher ein Argument dafür, dass die Ukraine im Osten eine „Anti-Terror-Operation“(ATO)
durchführt. Aber – dagegen stehen dann 625 Argumente, die eindeutig sagen,
dass das keine „Anti-Terror-Operation“ sein kann. Wenn man sieht, wer
getroffen wird, dann wird völlig klar, gegen wen diese Operation tatsächlich
